a look inside this work in progress_____________________________
- a rough sketch
Shadepaw's fur matches no other. Her magnificant white/silver bottom layer fastens tightly over her thin, strong shape. Illuminescent dark spots are scattered among the silver, creating a pool-like effect. Black stripes reach across her lower legs, and drip across her face. Two distinct soot-coloured lines touch the very edge of her outer eyes, and stretch across. These lines give her the appearence of an Egyptian warrior. Blue/grey eyes take in the surroundings. Golden flecks dance within. This is - shade P A W.
thoughts in my head
Apprentices are often unrightfully labeled a nusicance. But in Shadepaw's case, it is correct. Being young and full of energy, Shadepaw is always bouncy and comes off as an annoyance. Although once into training, you'll see a new side of her. A very calm and collected Shadepaw reveals how smart and wise she really is. Though the hyper Shadepaw always returns. A favorite among the clan, she is. She'll pop out of nowhere and beg to help a warrior, or collect some herbs for the medicine cat. Cleaning out the elder's den is never a problem in her book. The elder's speak of inviting stories, that Shadepaw listens intently to. She is a listener, a fighter, and hunter ... she is - S H A D E paw.
